Information you share

When you send an inquiry, we collect the contact details and message you provide so Sarah can respond. Optional marketing consent is separate from your request for a response.

Website activity

The website measures aggregate activity without analytics cookies. It records only a normalized public page path and timestamp. A random token stays in your browser's session storage for the current tab session; only a one-way hash is stored for up to 45 days to prevent duplicate counts and calculate session totals. Daily aggregate counts are retained to show website trends, but they cannot identify a visitor. The analytics system does not collect IP addresses, user agents, referrers, query strings, form contents, contact details, or visitor identity, and it honors Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals.

Separate standard security logs may temporarily contain technical request details needed to protect the service and diagnose errors. Operational alerts use event types and totals—not inquiry text or contact details.

How information is used

Inquiry information is used to provide requested real estate information and services, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Information is not sold.
